Rebbeca Madder deja Once Upon a Time y se despide de los fans con una emotiva carta

Aunque Once Upon a Time renovó para una séptima temporada, la serie perderá a dos de sus actrices.

 Tras la salida de Jennifer Morrison también Rebecca Mader ha anunciado que dejará la serie. De momento tan solo Colin O’donoghue, Lana Parrilla y Robert Carlyle volverían mientras que Ginnifer Goodwin y Josh Dallas también saldrían (aunque esto está por confirmar).

Madder que interpreta a Zelena dijo en Instagram que la decisión no era totalmente suya. En una emotiva carta dedicada a los fans; la actriz ha develado que por motivos creativos, se ha optado por no seguir contando con ella.

De este modo, Madder ha optado por dar gracias a los fans por el apoyo y espera seguir contando con ellos en el futuro.

A mis querido Pretties, En primer lugar me gustaría empezar a felicitar a Adam, Eddie, Lana, Bobby y Colin en la captación de Érase una vez! Estoy muy feliz por todos y lo más importante por los fans que siguen viéndonos cada semana para ver dónde les lleva la serie. Muchos de ustedes me han pedido que siga en la temporada 7, pero quiero hacerles saber personalmente que, lamentablemente, no voy a estar. Esta no fue mi elección, sino una decisión creativa para la serie que respeto y comprendo completamente. Lo más importante es que todos ustedes saben lo mucho que significa para mí. Con frecuencia tanto online y en persona me siento especial por ser parte de un espectáculo que de alguna manera cambió la vida de alguien. Esto es muy significativo para mí. Estoy aquí para hacerles saber que yo soy la que ha sido cambiada. No solo por interpretar un personaje tan bien escrito multidimensional sino por el propio fandom. He escuchado sus historias, dolor, luchas, logros y realmente siento que los conozco. Soy una persona mejor gracias a ustedes, los fans y todos los que me bendicieron con esta oportunidad de interpretar un papel tan icónico. Felicidades y gracias a todos! To my Darling Pretties, First of all I would like to start by congratulating Adam, Eddie, Lana, Bobby and Colin on the pick up of Once Upon A Time! I am truly happy for you all and most importantly for the fans that will get to keep tuning in each week to see where they will take us. A lot of you have been asking if I will be joining everyone in Season 7, so I wanted to let you know personally that unfortunately I am not. This wasn't my choice but a creative decision of the shows that I totally respect and understand. The most important thing is that you all know how much you mean to me. I am told frequently both online and in person that by being a part of such a special show I have in some way changed someone's life. This is hugely meaningful to me. I am here to let you know that I am the one who has been changed. Not just by playing such a well written multi-dimensional character but by the fandom itself. I have heard your stories, your pain, your struggles, your achievements and I have truly felt you. I have learned. I have grown. I am a better person because of you, the fans and everyone that blessed me with this opportunity to play such an iconic role. Congrats all and thank you! I look forward to the next.
